Fixed Time Slots
Fixed time slots help eliminate awkward 30-minute gaps between reservations by setting consistent booking blocks throughout the day.
Examples:
8:00–9:00 AM
9:00–10:00 AM
10:00–11:00 AM
Flexible options:
Choose between 60-minute or 90-minute fixed slots, depending on court availability.
Benefits:
Same overall hours: Reservable hours remain unchanged.
Better experience: Inefficient 30-minute gaps are eliminated.
Impact on Lesson Booking
Lessons must follow the fixed slots to ensure reservations are booked efficiently.
90-minute lessons are now available on courts that offer 90-minute fixed slots.
Instructional Courts Fixed Slot Blocks
For 60-minute fixed slot courts:
Lessons must start at the top of the hour (e.g., 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM).
Lessons cannot start at half-past the hour (e.g., 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM).
For 90-minute fixed slot courts:
Lessons must start at one of the following times:
7:30 AM
9:00 AM
10:30 AM
12:00 PM
1:30 PM
3:00 PM
4:30 PM
6:00 PM
Important notes:
Available hours for booking remain the same.
For example, if Glen Park was only available on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, that schedule has not changed.
The only update is whether 60- or 90-minute fixed slots are applied.
