What are fixed time slots?

  • Fixed time slots: get rid of awkward 30 minute gaps between reservations by setting fixed slots throughout the day. Ex: 8-9am, 9-10am, 10-11pm etc.

  • Flexible options: Choose between courts that offer 90-minute slots or 60-minute slots

  • Same hours, better experience: Overall reservable hours remain unchanged and inefficient 30 minute gaps are eliminated.

How will Fixed time slots impact lesson booking

  • Lessons will be required to follow the fixed slots to ensure reservations are booked as efficiently as possible.

  • Now you can also book 90-minute lessons as long as the court uses 90-minute fixed slots! We heard feedback from many instructors that a 90-minute option would be helpful

Instructional Courts Fixed Slot Blocks

  • When booking a 60-minute fixed slot court:

    • All lessons need to start at the top of the hour. Ex: 10am, 11am, 12pm, NOT 11:30am or 12:30pm

  • When booking a 90-minute fixed slot court:

    • All lessons must start at one of the following fixed times: 7:30am, 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm

  • Available hours for booking have remained the same.

    • For example, if Glen Park was only available weekday nights and weekend mornings, that will remain the same.

    • The only update is whether 60 or 90 minute fixed slots are now applied
