Congrats, you're now a coach or facilitator with your local parks and rec department! The next step is to start managing your classes and schedule, contacting participants and having fun teaching students!
Viewing Your Coach/Instructor Profile
To get started managing your coach or instructor profile, head to your Rec account and click on the 'Lessons' section of your public Rec profile.
-View your Class Schedules - Click any of the classes in the bottom section to view an expanded class schedule and roster
View/Edit Your Rec Instructor Profile
-View your Public Profile - Click the 'View Public Profile' to see what your public coach/instructor profile looks like. If you have updates to your profile, reach out to the city or organization that manages your coach account and they can assist you with updating your profile.
Class Schedule/Roster
Clicking on any of the classes in the bottom section will let you preview the class roster and list of participants, including contact information, names and the basic profiles (personal info redacted here for privacy). You can also click a quick link to the public booking page and copy the link in case you need to reach out to the participants.
