Congratulations! You are now a coach or facilitator with your local Parks and Recreation department.
The next step is to:
Manage your classes and schedule
Contact your participants
Enjoy teaching and interacting with students
Viewing your coach/instructor profile
To start managing your profile:
Sign in to your Rec account.
Go to your Rec profile.
Select the Lessons section to view and manage your classes.
-View your Class Schedules - Click any of the classes in the bottom section to view an expanded class schedule and roster
View/Edit Your Rec Instructor Profile
-View your Public Profile - Click the 'View Public Profile' to see what your public coach/instructor profile looks like. If you have updates to your profile, reach out to the city or organization that manages your coach account and they can assist you with updating your profile.
Class Schedule/Roster
Clicking on any of the classes in the bottom section will let you preview the class roster and list of participants, including contact information, names and the basic profiles (personal info redacted here for privacy). You can also click a quick link to the public booking page and copy the link in case you need to reach out to the participants.
