Accessing your profile
Sign in to your account.
Open the Profile menu from your account navigation.
Select Profile to view your profile details.
Editing your profile
Click Edit Profile to update your information.
You can change:
First and last name
Home address
Profile photo
Password
Note: You cannot change your birthday or mobile phone number. To update this information for yourself or a household member, contact our support team at support@rec.us.
You can also manage family and household members from this section.
Viewing your Rec ID
Your Rec profile ID (QR code) is available for check-ins to activities.
You can screenshot this QR code on your mobile device for easier access.
Click View Rec ID to display your QR code or a household member’s code.
Checking memberships and groups
From your profile, you can:
View any active memberships, passes, or special group access
Review residency status or eligibility
Managing reservations
Check your upcoming reservations or bookings.
You can cancel reservations directly from your profile if needed.
