Thanks for signing up with Rec! You're just getting signed up for your new Rec account and have answers, we're here to help. Refer to the list of frequently asked questions below and if you don't see an answer, reach out to our support chat via the help bubble below, or reach out via email to support@rec.us.

Q: I just received my welcome email to claim my new Rec account but I lost it, can I still sign up?

A: You can! Just sign up with the email address we sent the invitation email to (make sure it's the exact email) and you can start the email claiming and account signup process.

Q: I got partway through the signup process for my Rec account, but my computer crashed, can I access the process again

A: Your account is already created at this point, so you can log back in at rec.us/apexprd, click the 'Log In' button at the upper right, and sign into your account. If you're not seeing any memberships or household profiles you expect to see, reach out to our support team at support@rec.us and we can help!

Q: I don't see all of my household information/profiles/family information on my new account, what do I do?

A: No worries! After signing up for your new Rec account, you can visit your Rec profile at https://www.rec.us/app/profile/edit and update your profile photo, contact information, password or more!

Q: I'm missing a membership or punch passes on my new account, who should I talk to?

A: Great question! We've imported over most information from your existing Apex account, but sometimes things might get lost in translation or passes/memberships get used up during the process. Check in directly with Apex or head to their front desk and they can get you sorted out!

Q: I'm missing a household member or profile on my account, how can I add those?

A: Great question! After creating your new Rec account, head to your Rec profile, located at https://www.rec.us/app/profile and click the 'All Members->Add Household Member' option. From there, create your new Household member!

Q: I just signed up for my new account and now can't remember my password, can I reset or change it?

A: Of course! On the login screen you can click the 'Log In WIth Your Email' to have an email with a link to update your password sent directly to you!

Once logged back in, make sure to update your password to something new in your Rec Profile (and save the new password in your browser!).

Q: What is the URL again to access Apex's website?

A: Easy, it's rec.us/apexprd

Q: I just got signed up, now what do I do?

A: Great question! Answer = Anything! Seriously though, you'll want to start exploring Apex's wide variety of programming, facility reservations, bookable courts, parks, activities and more! Note that you might need to wait for a specific date until programs open up, but you can always visit the main page at rec.us/apexprd to see what's available.
