We’re excited to have you join our community! Rec is a technology company that partners with local Parks & Rec departments and community institutions to help people play more, stay active, and connect with their community.
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for everyone to:

Pick up new hobbies
Connect with their community through activities
We are building the tools and resources to make all of this possible.
Let’s Get Started
Setting up your account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to begin.
1. Click the “Sign Up” Button
Locate the “Sign Up” button at the top-right corner of the screen.
The button is usually highlighted to make it easy to see.
2. Fill Out the Registration Form
After clicking the button, you will be directed to a registration form.
Provide the following information to complete your account setup:
Full name
Phone number
Email address
Residential address
Apartment, suite or unit (optional)
This information is essential for communication and may determine if you qualify for special discounts based on your residency.
3. Create a Password
After filling out the required registration information, create a strong password for your account.
A strong password should combine letters, numbers, and special characters for added security.
4. Confirm Your Account Creation
After submitting the registration form and creating your password, you will be redirected to the Rec home page. Some organizations instead send new users to a short Welcome wizard to finish getting set up.
Your name will appear in the upper-right corner of the screen, indicating your account has been successfully created.
5. Personalize Your Page
Add a profile picture or avatar to make your account truly yours.
To do this:
Click your name or profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Profile from your account navigation and update your personal details and photo there. There is no longer a single Edit Profile page — account areas such as Profile, Memberships, Groups, Scholarships, Payments, Payment methods, Payment Plans and Schedule are each their own destination in account navigation.
6. Set Up Your Household
Add household members to your account to make registration smooth for the entire family.

You’re All Set!
Congratulations! Your account is now ready, and you can start exploring all the features and benefits our platform has to offer.
If your account was created for you by staff and the setup link has expired, you do not need to call anyone: the expired link’s own error screen lets you request a new one. If your account has no email address on file, you can have a create-password link sent to you by SMS instead.
