Accessibility Statement

Rec Technologies is committed to making our digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to ensure that our websites, Help Desk, and online tools are usable and understandable for as many people as possible.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. While we strive to meet recognized accessibility standards, some content or features may not be fully accessible at all times.

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the following Rec Technologies digital services:

  • The Rec Technologies website

  • The Rec Help Desk and support articles

  • Customer-facing digital tools and documentation

Accessibility Standards and Ongoing Efforts

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our goal is to support WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to implement additional improvements where feasible.

Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:

  • Using clear, consistent headings and page structure

  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and user interface elements

  • Providing alternative text for meaningful images

  • Writing content in plain language whenever possible

  • Supporting keyboard navigation and common assistive technologies

We regularly review our content and systems to identify and address accessibility improvements.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of our digital services may not yet be fully accessible. These may include:

  • Certain third-party tools or embedded content

  • Older documents or PDF files that were not originally created to accessibility standards

  • New or recently released features that are still undergoing accessibility review

While we cannot guarantee compatibility with every assistive technology or configuration, we are committed to addressing accessibility issues when they are identified.

Need Assistance or an Alternative Format?

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our services, or if you need information in an alternative format (such as large print or accessible digital text), please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Reporting Accessibility Issues

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our services. If you report an accessibility issue, please include:

  • The page or feature you were trying to use

  • A description of the issue you experienced

  • Your preferred method of contact

Accessibility feedback is reviewed regularly and helps guide future improvements.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of our services rely on third-party platforms or integrations. While we cannot control the accessibility of all external content, we work with vendors when possible and provide alternative support options when needed.

Updates to This Statement

This accessibility statement may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, changes to accessibility standards, or updates to our services.
