Access the Instructor Dashboard
Log in to your account.
Open the Instructor Dashboard.
Select Lessons from the main navigation menu.
Select a lesson to open its dedicated instructor lesson page. This page is available to all instructors and is where you manage a single lesson, with a tabbed view of the roster and the schedule details.
Create a Private Lesson Slot
Select Create a lesson slot.
Enter the required details:
Sport
Lesson duration
Price
Under visibility options, select Private link only.
Do not select Publish slot.
About lesson duration: The durations you can choose are limited to the slot durations your organization allows. Allowed slot durations are configured per organization on the Instructor Network settings page, so if a length you expect is not offered, it has not been enabled for your organization.
Select a Time and Copy the Booking Link
Choose the date and start time for the lesson.
Select Copy booking link.
The link is copied to your clipboard.
Paste the booking link into a text message or email and send it to the intended student.
Retrieve the Booking Link Later
If you close the link window before copying it, you can still access the booking link for unbooked lesson slots.
Open the Instructor Dashboard.
Locate an upcoming, unbooked lesson slot.
Select the lesson slot to open its details on the instructor lesson page.
Choose View the published booking page.
Copy the booking link from the page.
Paste the link into a message or email and send it to the student.
