Find Student Phone Numbers
You can find students’ phone numbers in the Attendee List within your Instructor Profile.
The attendee list shows:
The names of all students attending the class
Each student’s phone number
Contact Information on the Instructor Lesson Page
Contact information is also available on the roster for a lesson or class. Open the lesson from your schedule to reach its instructor lesson page, then open the roster to see who is attending.
The roster shows:
Attendee names and contact details
Emergency contact information for attendees
The roster reflects confirmed bookings only, so cancelled bookings are not listed.
Message People from the Roster
You can select multiple roster rows and then send an email, send an SMS where SMS is enabled, or copy the household owner email addresses for the people you selected.
Export Contact Information to CSV
Roster CSV exports include contact columns for both the attendee and the household owner:
Attendee email and phone
Household owner email and phone
Use the export when you need contact details outside the Rec app, for example to send a message from your own email tool.
