With Small Group Lessons instructors can publish small group lessons where each student registers and pays individually like a typical small class or clinic.

Instructors are already able to have up to 4 students attend an individual group lesson or Lesson Pack. However, one student needed to pay for everyone, so it only facilitated lessons for groups of students that already knew each other.

The goal of this program is to create a more affordable entry point for students who don’t already have a group to bring to a lesson. Small Group Lessons are also a great way for instructors to build a client base of private lesson students.

To propose a Small Group Lesson fill out the form for the city in which you’re teaching:

  • He fills out the form 9 weeks in advance (before the 8 week cutoff) with his preferences:

    • Up to 4 people can join

    • Meets Tuesdays from 4-5pm, once per week

    • $30 per person to join

    • Adult Lesson

  • Rec reviews his submission, confirms the dates and times selected are available, and posts the Small Group Lesson

    • Rec markets the lesson on our regular emails to students, or to students with matchmaking requests to join a group lesson

    • The instructor markets the Small Group Lessons to their network of students

  • By three weeks before the start of the lesson 3 out of the 4 spots are filled so it’s confirmed that the lesson will run
