Instructor Exclusivity on Rec
We are often asked whether becoming a Rec instructor requires teaching exclusively on the Rec platform.
The answer is no. Instructors are not required to be exclusive to Rec.
Teaching on and off the Rec Platform
At launch, Rec will gradually increase the number of available time slots for classes and private lessons. Because of this:
Instructors are encouraged to continue teaching outside of Rec during open availability.
You may teach at other courts or facilities in addition to Rec locations.
Long-Term Goals
Over time, our goal is to:
Offer sufficient court availability.
Provide a high-quality teaching and booking experience.
We hope this encourages instructors to choose Rec for many of their classes and lessons. We understand that reaching this point will take time.
