If you have an unpaid invoice for a class or session, you can make a payment directly from the Schedule section of your account. If your account has overdue payments, there's a shorter path too: a balance due card appears at the top of your Account screen with a Pay button.
How to Pay an Invoice
Sign in to your account.
Select “Schedule” from the navigation at the top of the page.
Locate the class or session with an unpaid invoice.
Open the reservation details.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your payment.
Once your payment is completed, the invoice status will be updated accordingly.
Locate Your Unpaid Reservation or Session
After opening the Schedule section:
Use the filters in the Schedule section to narrow down what's shown.
Find the reservation, booking, or session that has been booked but remains unpaid.
Select the unpaid item to view payment options and complete the payment.
Making a Payment on Your Reservation
Click on the reservation, booking, or session that is unpaid.
On the details page, locate the “Make Payment” button on the side.
Select “Make Payment” to proceed to the payment screen.
If the booking is on an installment plan, it's managed in its own area instead: open your account menu and select Payment Plans. The Schedule tab there lists your installments, and you can pay any eligible installment directly from the page.
If that payment plan has autopay turned on, Rec charges your saved card automatically when each installment comes due — you'd only need to pay manually if autopay is off for the plan, or if an automatic charge failed. Failed charges aren't retried automatically, so that installment stays unpaid until you pay it.
Complete Your Payment
Click “Make Payment” on your unpaid reservation or booking.
You will be directed to the payment process to complete your transaction.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your payment using a saved payment method or by entering a new payment method.
Once the payment is successful, your reservation status will update to Paid.
You might also receive an email from Rec letting you know about your upcoming due payment, similar to this:
Click the Make a Payment button in the email to process a payment using the steps above.
That’s it — fast and easy to complete payment for an outstanding invoice. For questions or support, reach out to your local parks and recreation department directly.
