If you need to cancel or change your court or facility reservation, Rec makes the process simple. Follow the steps below to manage your reservation.
Manage Reservations from Your Profile
You can manage your reservations at any time from your Rec user profile.
Sign in to your account.
Select Reservations.
View your upcoming and past reservations.
Manage Reservations from Email
You can also manage your reservation using the Manage Booking button located at the bottom of your Rec booking confirmation emails.
Cancel an Upcoming Reservation
For eligible upcoming reservations, you will see a Cancel option. Select this option to cancel your booking.
Cancellation and Refund Process
Refund Policy
When you cancel a reservation, refunds are governed by the policy of the Parks and Recreation department that manages the court or facility.
In some cases, a refund transaction fee may apply. This fee covers costs charged by our payment processor for handling purchases and refunds.
Cancellation Confirmation
After you cancel your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that the cancellation was successful.
Refund Processing Timeline
If your reservation qualifies for a refund and the organization allows automatic refunds, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
When Direct Contact Is Required
Some organizations require you to contact them directly to receive a refund or account credit. If you are unsure how your refund will be handled, review the cancellation and refund policy included in your booking confirmation email.
How to Cancel a Reservation
To cancel your booking, select the Cancel Reservation button associated with your reservation.
Confirm that you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy (this determines if you're eligible for a refund or account credit, depending on the organization):
Your reservation will switch to cancelled and you'll receive an email of the cancellation for your records.
Modifying Reservations:
Changes to Reservations: If you need to modify a reservation, such as changing the date or time of your booking, right now you must cancel your existing booking and create a new reservation
