Reservation Transfers
At this time, reservations cannot be transferred to another person. The name on the reservation must match the individual attending the program or activity.
Reservation Holder Responsibility
The person listed on the reservation is responsible for attending. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel the reservation.
How to Cancel a Reservation
To cancel your reservation:
Sign in to your user profile.
Go to the Reservations section.
Select the reservation you want to cancel.
Choose the Cancel option and confirm.
Swapping Reservations
Reservations cannot be swapped or reassigned to another individual. Each reservation is linked to the attendee name provided at the time of booking.
