Transferring Reservations:
Currently, on our platform, reservations cannot be transferred to another individual. The name listed on the reservation is the expected attendee for the program or activity.
Reservation Holder Responsibility:
The individual whose name is on the reservation is responsible for attending the program or activity booked. If you are unable to attend, you will need to cancel your booking.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your reservation, simply access your user profile and navigate to the section where your reservations are listed. From there, you can select the reservation and the press "cancel".
Swapping Reservations:
Currently, reservations cannot be swapped or transferred to another individual through our platform. Each reservation is tied to the specific attendee listed at the time of booking.
