Apex Park and Recreation Department and Rec - Getting Started

First steps--getting signed up! You've received a welcome email with a customized invitation to claim your existing Apex PRD membership, but on Rec! Any existing memberships, household members, passes, family members and more are waiting for your to join and create your account.

You've received a welcome invitation to get signed up with Rec. Click the customized link and sign up with the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS the email was sent to. This is critical to ensure that you're claiming your personalized account with your unique access and information from your existing account.

Next, you will walk through a few short steps to verify and claim your account. Select the "Get Started" button to begin the process.

We've brought over your personal profile and household information, including things like your name, date of birth and gender. If anything's changed, don't worry, just click 'Edit' during the invitation process to update your information.

The next step is to verify your existing household members, which we've also imported over from your current Apex PRD account. We've hidden the info here for privacy, but your household members will have their names, birthdates and genders, which you can change if needed. If you need to add delete a household membership, just click to edit and then delete. If you need to add a new household members, you can do that later from inside your Rec profile.

If you're a verified resident of Apex PRD, congrats! We'll show you any existing residency statuses which might qualify you for early registration or discounts.

Got memberships or passes, awesome! Here we'll show you any existing memberships or passes, along with the names of eligible family members, expiration dates and/or how many uses are remaining on passes.

That's it, easy right? From here, click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the signup process and you'll be redirected to Apex PRD's site at https://rec.us/apexprd
