Updating Your Payment Information

You have registered for a program using a credit or debit card. If you would like to update or change the card used for payment, you can do so at any time.

To get started changing your credit or debit card on file with Rec and Apex PRD, head to your Rec Profile, located at: https://www.rec.us/app/profile

Then, click 'edit profile', located at: https://www.rec.us/app/profile/edit

Scroll to the bottom and locate the 'Payment Methods' section.

From this page, you can update or change the card on file. After making your changes, select Save to apply them.

Please make sure you always have a valid payment method on file. This ensures that scheduled payments or automatic monthly charges you have agreed to can be processed without interruption.

Updating Membership Specific Credit Cards

Alternatively, you can update your payment information for specific memberships as well. Simply head to your Rec profile, then locate the membership you'd like to update the card on file for.

Click the membership, then scroll down and locate the "Update" button.
