Getting into your account is quick, and you don't even need to remember a password. Here's how to log in and reset your password if you need to.
Logging in with your email
Go to Glenview Park District’s Rec page (opens in a new tab) and select Log In. Choose the option to log in with your email, and Rec will send a secure sign-in link to your inbox—select it and you're in. No password required.
If your account has no email address
Some accounts are set up with a mobile phone number instead of an email address—for example when Glenview Park District staff create the account for you. If there's no email address on your account, the account completion and create password links are sent by text message to the phone number on file, so you can set a password and sign in with it.
If you're not sure whether your account has an email address or a phone number on it, Glenview Park District can confirm what's on file.
Resetting or changing your password
Use that same email link to get into your account, then open your profile from the account menu to set a new password. In the redesigned profile, password reset lives in the personal details section, alongside the separate edit options for your contact information, birthday, gender and emergency contacts. Tip: save the new password in your browser so it's ready next time.
Not receiving the email?
Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you're using the exact email address on your account. If you have a sign-in or account setup link but it has expired, the page will now tell you the link is no longer valid and give you the option to request a new one right there—so try that before anything else.
