To get started configuring your household members authorized pickups, head to your Rec profile at https://www.rec.us/app/profile/edit
Scroll down to your household members and click 'Edit Member' next to the profile you'd like to edit. Note that you can also edit your own authorized picks and/or emergency contact information right on that page.
Scroll down to the 'Authorized Pickups' section and click 'Add'. You can add a new user for authorized pickup, or choose an existing household member/profile.
To add a new authorized pickup user (they don't need to be a Rec user or even have a profile), click Add, then enter their information. This is great if you have a grandparent, friend, or family member set as the authorized pickup user for someone in your Rec account.
Enter their contact information, then select a relationship between the household profile and the pickup user you're creating.
Once completed, click 'Save', and then complete the saving of their profie.
Once you save you'll see the authorized pickup users and any emergency contact information saved to your Rec profile. Now, we'll pass that information along to the organization you're booking with so they have both emergency contact information and pickup users on their class rosters.
