Understanding Discounts
Discounts may be available for certain groups, such as seniors, students, or residents. Discount availability and eligibility requirements vary depending on the Parks & Recreation department or organization managing the activity or reservation.
Each department sets its own:
Discount types
Eligibility criteria
Verification requirements
Because of this, not all discounts are available for every program or location.
How to Access Discounts
If you qualify for a discount, it will usually appear in your account profile.
To view your discounts:
Open your account and select Groups
Your profile shows only a preview of your groups with a link to the full list — the full list is the Groups page, where you can also filter your groups
Review the groups listed and the discounts associated with them
This shows which groups you belong to and which discounts will be applied automatically when you register or make a reservation. If you belong to more than one organization, each group card carries a badge showing which organization it comes from.
Missing a Discount?
If you believe you qualify for a discount based on your group membership but do not see it listed in your profile, help is available.
Because each department sets its own eligibility criteria and verification requirements, contact your local parks and recreation department directly.
When you reach out, include:
Your name
The group or affiliation you believe qualifies you for the discount
Any relevant details that may help verify eligibility
They will review your information and make sure any applicable discounts are applied correctly to your account.
