San Francisco paid courts policy

Refunds and weather cancellations
If you have a question about a refund to credit, or a cancellation due to weather, please review the policy linked above.
For SF Rec and Park courts specifically, all refunds to credit are handled automatically — there is no need to reach out directly. This applies to San Francisco courts only; every other organization follows its own refund process and may require you to contact them.
Refunds for SF courts are issued as account credit. Account credit can only be used with the organization that issued it, so SF credit cannot be used to book with another city. See Account Credit: What it is and How to Use It.
Please note that using credit card disputes as a method to obtain a refund for courts outside of policy will lead to a suspension of your Rec account.
